Abstract Art

Here’s a breakdown of its key features:

Non-Representational: The artwork often contains no recognizable objects or figures from the physical world. It stands in contrast to traditional, figurative, or realistic art.

Landscape Painting

The term “Kandscape painting” does not correspond to a recognized art movement or genre; it appears to be a misspelling of Landscape painting. Landscape painting is a genre of visual art where the primary subject is natural scenery, such as mountains, valleys, rivers, trees, and the sky. Far from being a mere background element, the landscape itself is the focus, often depicted in a wide view with its elements arranged into a coherent, overarching composition. Historically, while detailed landscapes appeared in Chinese art as early as the 4th century CE, it did not fully emerge as an independent and respectable genre in the Western tradition until the Renaissance in the 16th century, having previously been relegated to the background of history or religious paintings. Today, landscape art is extremely diverse, ranging from the idealized and classical compositions of the 17th century to the highly emotional and dramatic scenes of the Romantic movement, and the vibrant, light-focused works of the Impressionists, continuing to evolve by capturing the beauty, mood, and artist’s feeling toward the natural world.
